Mr. Ray Lu
Ray Lu, Partner of ZHH, deputy director of ZHH New York office, he is a China and New York licensed attorney. Ray Lu graduated from Case Western Reserve University school of law and achieved a Juris Doctor degree. After graduating from law school, Mr. Lu attained New York Attorney license and New York Real Estate Broker license and practiced real estate and litigations in New York City. Since October 2015, Ray Lu joined ZHH and practices cross border investments, IPR, international mergers and acquisitions, FDI, and private placement in the U.S. listed companies, such as Jinke Group subscribe shares issued by a company listed on NASDAQ; Bosai Group’s acquisition of South American Mining Company; Guizhou Engineering Corp.’s investment in American Solar program; Wanxin Media’s investment in Manhattan real estate project; Assisting Chongqing government to negotiate with potential U.S. theme park investment project; issued legal opinion regarding Ming Yang Group’s U.S. subsidiary for its IPO in China.
