The Tianjin chapter of the European Chamber of Commerce in China was founded in 2005 and currently has more than 100 member companies, mainly in manufacturing and service industries, and two forums focusing on Human Resources and Finance and Taxation. The European Chamber provides services for member companies to mediate and promote their relationship with the Government. The Tianjin Chapter organises various activities in Tianjin and is focused on business-related information and content-driven seminars and workshops with expert speakers. The regular GM Briefing is the most popular event where the top executives of our member companies periodically meet and listen to a key-opinion leader on Sino-European matters or other business areas of interest in Tianjin. Our regular networking events and factory visits also provide an excellent platform for members to know other companies in the area and to get to know other business people.
