Beijing Chapter

The Beijing Chapter was the first office to be opened by the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China in 2000. The Chapter’s membership base has since grown to account for approximately 500 of the over 1,600 members nationwide and has expanded its breadth of services to now host 30 Working Groups and Forums. The chapter is also in partnership with various important EC-funded projects, such as the IPR SME Helpdesk and the EU SME Centre, and is home to various China Desks with European industry associations to focus on specific industry-related issues.

The Beijing Chapter has strong relations with the European Union Embassies and the EU Delegation and is regularly engaged in dialogues with the Chinese authorities at both the central and local level.
