China is still regarded as a market of opportunities but how about the risks? How do we operate in an environment that is less transparent, where fraud is relatively common and the consequences of badly informed decisions can turn out devastating?
中国仍被视为一个充满了机遇的市场，但其中风险又如何呢？在一个透明度较低，欺诈行为相对普遍，且知情不足决策可能会造成严重后果的环境中我们应当如何运营？
The event will focus on creating insights into risks that surround our daily operations. It will show how decisions based on no or wrong information can turn a problem into an even larger one. It will also show how we should continuously work with control and follow-up but also how to prevent unethical practices from being established. The lecture gives participants tools that can be applied within their own corporate environments and provides take-away points from a number of case studies.
本次活动将重点关注我们日常运营中的风险观察。它将说明基于信息不足或者错误信息的所作出的决策会如何将一个小问题酿成更严重的后果。它还将说明我们应如何持续性地进行控制和后续监控工作以及如何防止出现不合乎职业道德的行为出现。该讲座还为参与者提供了许多可以在他们自己的企业环境中应用的实用技巧以及许多通过案例研究得出的经验心得。

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than one business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for event costs.

Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.
