Introduction 交流会简介
The experience sharing seminar invites Mr. Lin Lin, Regional Key Account GM in Mobility Division of Siemens(China) Co., Ltd. to share his work experience. Mr. Lin Lin is an expert in rail transportation industry sales. He not only has rich experience in project and key account management, but also owns expertise in government affairs. This experience sharing will create a chance for participants to learn from Mr. Lin's rich experience, exchange ideas with him, and meet other project and key account managers from different industries.
Key account management means centralizing enterprise advantages to designedly develop and maintain major accounts that have strategical significance for the company to build and ensure competitive advantages. Project management means using professional knowledge, skills, tools and methods to achieve or even exceed set goals and expectations on limited resources.
本次交流会邀请到了西门子(中国)有限公司旗下的交通集团大客户管理部中区总经理林林先生来与大家分享经验。林林先生是资深轨道交通行业销售，其不仅有全面的大客户管理经验和项目管理经验，还具有丰富的政府高层资源运作能力。通过本次经验分享会，与会者将有机会与林林先生进行深入交流与学习，分享其丰富经验，还能与各行各业的项目管理经理和大客户管理经理互相交流。
