Sandplay, starting from the cognitive theory of human behavior, indicates that every manager in the process of managing subordinates should not only think in a single dimension, but deeply analyze them from various perspectives and understand them in a progressive way so that achieve the best or relatively best results through effective methods or tools. Instead of giving examples directly from the company, this seminar takes students out of the current situation and talks about individual cases, activities or models that don't seem to be directly related to their work. Let the students feel free to think about the solutions, get rid of the past "restricted experience," empty themselves, analyze the pros and cons, gains and losses, rules and regulations, and then guide the students back to reflect on what to do at their work. When students think of and believe in their own management methods, they can put it into practice and be flexible to make it. 沙盘游戏，指从人的行为认知理论出发，说明每个管理者在管理下属时都不应该只有单一维度的思考，应该从多个角度，以递进的方式，深入的分析下属、理解下属，并通过有效的方法或工具，达到最佳或相对最佳的效果。 本研讨会颠覆以往的教学思维，课堂中不直接提供公司内的实例，而是将学员抽离现状，去谈一个个看起来与本身工作无直接相关的个案/活动/模型，让学员不受拘束的去思考解决方案，摆脱过去的『制约经验』的影响，放空自己，分析出各种利弊得失以及规则，然后再引导学员回头反思工作上该怎么做，只有学员自己想到、自己相信的管理方法，他们才会去实践，也才能灵活应变。
