Ms. Grace Yao
Grace Yao has over 15-year professional experience in marketing, corporate communications and business development. She now works on the business development of Advisory services in PwC China firm. From 2010 to 2020, she was responsible for driving PwC’s services for European companies in China. Prior to PwC, Grace was the Press Officer at European Chamber in Beijing.
Mr. Clement Yip
Clement Yip is a Partner and BU leader of PwC Experience Centre in Greater China. He leads the firm's Business Xperience and Technology initiatives (BXT) with a focus on digital, brand and marketing transformation; customer experience for brand loyalty and future growth and customer experience management.
Clement has over 20 years of solid integrated marketing and business management experience that covers strategy, user experience, creative, digital marketing, digital media, data, technology, customer management and E-commerce.
Prior to PwC, he was the CEO of a global integrated digital agency network in China. Started digital marketing career in the US at the beginning of the Internet era in 1995 and moved back to Hong Kong in 2000 to start an independent digital agency which was acquired by the global largest advertising network in 2007.
Clement is a frequent speaker at industrial conferences, corporate workshops, universities etc. He is also winner of Campaign Asia Digital A-Lister in 2014.
