We are pleased to welcome Mr. Wang Zhiguang, Deputy Section Chief of the IPR department of the Economic Crime Investigation Division of the Ministry of Public Security, to a breakfast seminar on Friday 22nd September 2006, 8.30am, Capital Club.
Mr Wang Zhiguang will provide an insight into the current strategy of the Ministry of Public Security of China in combating counterfeiting and piracy.
Mr Paul Ranjard, Chairman of the IPR Working Group in Beijing will provide a brief introduction ahead of Mr Wang's presentation.
