According to the regulation of the 12th FYP, energy consumption and CO2 emissions per unit of GDP should be reduced by 16 percent and 17 percent.
The Decomposition plan from the central government shows that the target of Guangdong is 18%, which will put high pressure to the local governments.
In the seminar, TUV Rheinland will share with participants the actions the local government will take, the impact to the companies and some solutions and contribution to solve the burden.
