We are happy to invite you to the next meeting of the Finance & Taxation Working Group on Wednesday, 15th December, starting at 16:00, in our Beijing office.
At this meeting we will have the honor and pleasure to welcome Ms. Lea Gebhardt, Tax Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She will focus and comment PRC State Council’s announcement on the levying of the City Construction Tax and Education Surcharge on both domestic and Foreign-invested Enterprises (FIE), foreign enterprise (FE) and Individuals from 1st December 2010 (Guofa [2010] No.35).
