With the accelerated development of the digital economy, intelligent technology has become the key to the innovation and development of the automotive industry. The increasing capacity of automotive data processing and the huge scale of automotive data, as well as automotive data security issues and risks, have become increasingly prominent.

随着数字经济加速发展，智能化技术成为汽车产业创新发展的关键。汽车数据处理能力日益增强、汽车数据规模庞大，同时汽车数据安全问题和风险隐患也日益突出。

Starting from 1^st May this year, the national standard GB/T 41871-2022 Information Security Technology Automotive Data Processing Security Requirements has been implemented. As a very important data security compliance standard in the automotive industry, GB/T 41871 will guide enterprises to do a good job of data security protection at all stages of automotive design, production, sales, use, operation and maintenance. In order to help enterprises better understand this standard and smoothly carry out automotive data compliance governance, the CCIA Automotive Cybersecurity Working Committee and the Automotive Working Group of the European Chamber have jointly organised this special exchange meeting, aiming to bring together experts and enterprise representatives in the automotive field to discuss automotive cybersecurity standards and compliance issues, and to promote the development and innovation of the industry.

今年5月1日起，国家标准《GB/T 41871—2022 信息安全技术汽车数据处理安全要求》开始实施，作为汽车领域一项非常重要的数据安全合规标准，GB/T 41871将指导企业在汽车设计、生产、销售、使用、运维等各阶段做好数据安全保护工作。为帮助企业更好理解此项标准，顺利开展汽车数据合规治理工作，CCIA汽车网络安全工作委员会与中国欧盟商会汽车工作组联合举办了本次专项交流会，旨在汇集汽车领域内的专家和企业代表，共同探讨汽车网络安全标准和合规性问题，推动行业的发展和创新。

Mr Zhang serves as SM of Government Affairs of JLR China for 10 years and 4 years for Volkswagen China before that. His major responsibility includes following up and analysing of Macro- and industrial policy which potentially affects core business of the company; ensuring the compliance of JLR product and business behaviour with relevant legislations; as representative of JLR, joining the discussion on policy/legislation held by authorities; cooperating with association and think-tank on the study of look-ahead topics shaping the industry. His routine work covers various topic from R&D/production to customer service, offering professional insights in support of strategical decision making by the company in particular.
