2. Debrief from Meeting with CBRC Chairman Liu Mingkang (Background: On Wednesday, 22nd October the Chairs of the Banking WGs in Beijing and Shanghai met with CBRC Chairman Liu Mingkang to discuss foreign banks situation in China.) WG Chairs will debrief on this meeting.
3. Information Note on Financial Crisis in China written by Javier Arribas Quintana, Economic and Financial Affairs Section, European Commission Delegation has been distributed to members of the Working Group. Mr. Arribas Quintana will also be present at next week's meeting.
