近20年电子制造及通讯行业工作及管理经验，曾在某知名通讯公司负责业务连续性管理工作，主导开展制造业务领域的风险管理和业务连续性管理建设，有多年的业务连续性管理项目实战经验。目前负责SGS中国区业务连续性管理项目的执行。
曾在外资、港资、民营企业从事质量、客户技术支持、制造运营管理等工作，企业规模从几十人到近20万人，经历过不同企业性质、规模、成长阶段和文化熏陶，具有丰富的企业问题诊断和解决能力。
擅长企业战略规划与实施、运营体系构建、流程及内控管理、学习发展与知识管理、风险管理、业务连续性管理、精益生产、6sigma等。
曾参与的部分项目：CAMTEK服务模式变革、华为海外制造运营体系建设、华为业务连续性管理项目、华为制造流程绩效开发、华为知识管理变革项目、华为供应链风险管理、华为全球制造网络布局调研及规划。
Mr. Franco Fornari
Mr. Fornari, who is fluent in Italian, English, French and Chinese, moved to China in 2008 after working in Italy for two years as an In-house Legal Counsel for two leading Chinese companies in the fields of services and manufacturing.
Throughout his many years at Wang Jing & Co Law Firm, Mr. Fornari achieved a solid specialization in Chinese law and handled dozen of foreign related cases in the PRC. His legal background, paired with a daily foreign oriented legal practice, made him today an expert in the fields of commercial and contractual disputes, international arbitrations, intellectual property and labor disputes.
Among his many achievements, Mr. Fornari became a point of reference for the foreign community in the southern Chinese provinces, providing his expertise and the legal practice of Wang Jing & Co Law Firm to both corporations and individuals to better cope with the peculiar Chinese legal system.
Mr. Fornari joined Wang Jing & Co Law Firm in 2009, and nowadays leads a team of about twenty people among lawyers and other professionals composing the FDI and Corporate III departments of Wang Jing & Co., Law Firm.
