The European Chamber is delighted to invite you to join Auto Components Working Group Meeting: KPMG Global Automotive Executive Survey 2018 at 9.00-10.30 am, 25^th May 2018 at the European Chamber Shanghai Office.

For auto manufacturers, there will be no detouring cooperation in the race to compete against major technology companies to dominate the “car ecosystem”. In recent years, the world has witnessed China partly setting the pace in the transformation of the auto sector. Especially in the areas of NEVs, Connected Cars, Autonomous Driving, Mobility Ecosystems and mobility services – to name a few – these trends are dramatically changing our understanding of the industry and its future. With AutoTech players emerging, China will play its role as one of the leading markets. Born in Vietnam and growing up in Germany, Hoi Tran is an executive with extensive expertise and over 24 years of experience in international markets (Europe, China, SE Asia, Middle East, South Africa and Russia) as a consultant.
Since 2007 in China, Hoi has advised Chinese SOEs, MNCs and its JVs from strategic to operational topics and has going along with clients through transformation waves
He is former lead partner for the Automotive sector at Big4 and Automotive MD at a US-based management & technology consulting company in China
Currently, Hoi is VP and Head of Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace and Life Science (MALS) at Capgemini Invent

Hoi graduated at Darmstadt University of Technology and holds a Joint Masters Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science
