Dr. Eveline Goodman - Hedtke
For more than ten years, Eveline has prepared individuals to approach challenging tasks with enthusiasm and ability, pushing them to grow beyond their own boundaries. She is trusted not only by international companies and renowned organizations – public figures too rely on her abilities to deliver results. She intimately understands the meaning of the words, “between the lines,” drawing on her personal and professional experience of juggling different cultures to see behind the psychological curtains. This background is, however, just the starting point from which she uses her enormous energy to put her ideas and vision into action. She combines her comprehensive academic education (Psychology and Neuroscience) with the practical lessons that arise in her life as an internationally-operating businesswoman to deliver success.

Mr. Arnim Rohns
Arnim Rohns is the General Manager of Shanghai imat-uve, experts in the whole process chain of the automotive industry. Arnim Rohns has international leadership experience, with senior roles in corporate firms in Germany, USA, and in China. An expert in finance, strategic planning, and more practical operations management, Arnim Rohns has acted as a CEO and CFO for almost twenty years. His international experience and local knowledge mean he has a unique insight into questions of Chinese and international working cultures.
Mr. Jiangbing (James) Wang
Jiangbing Wang (James), since 2014 CEO of KUKA Systems (China) Co., Ltd., being responsible for providing robots and automation solution to automotive industry in APAC.
After completing Engineering study in China and Business Management study in Germany, Mr. Wang has worked many years for German companies with management function, such as Commercial Manager of a Siemens subsidiary, Chief Representative of Roland Berger International Management Consulting/Beijing Office, General Manager of KROHNE Measurement Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and China Country Manager of Gerresheimer AG.
Mr. Weiguo Wang
Weiguo Wang is the Vice President of Siemens Ltd. China, responsible for Shanghai City and Zhejiang province. He has almost 10 years working experience at Siemens AG in Germany and 20 years at Siemens China, an innovative provider of electrification, automation and digitalisation solutions for modern business. Educated at Goethe University, Germany, for Computer Science and at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business for Management, Weiguo Wang has applied his international education in China to great success. He will bring his experience and expertise in managing innovative business.
Mr. Jonathan Yan
Jonathan Yan is the Managing Director and Chairman of JW & Associates, one of China’s most innovative information security companies. After training in science and then establishing himself as an expert in computer forensics, data analysis, and risk management, Jonathan Yan established JW & Associates in 2011. JW & Associates innovative and entrepreneurial approach has been recognised with a growing list of clients from the automotive, online finance, and retail industries. It has also been honoured with prizes, certifications, investments, and recognition as an industry-leading security vulnerability service provider.
Ms. Rosanna Terminio
With an international background in Europe and South America, and over 10 years living in China, Rosanna Terminio is a consultant, contributor and lecturer specializing in innovation and strategy for the organization, as well as human resources strategist. She works since 2006 for AsecorpChina, of which she become owner in 2011 together with a Chinese colleague. As an Independent researcher, she published an academic paper titled: “The impact of RAAI (Robotic, Automation and Artificial Intelligence) from the employee perspective. A scoping review” and she is now working on her PhD research about technology driven change and employee’s identity. She also contributed to the book “The work we need. People for Industry 4.0”, published in Italy in October 2018. Rosanna is certified as an Executive Coach (ICC) and LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. She gives lectures about Doing Business in China and HR Management in different Management Schools and Universities in Europe and China and participates, with pro-bono consulting, to different CSR activities.
