Impact Counts! How to Effectively Measure the Impact of Your CSR/Sustainability Program?
During recently years, CSR and sustainability have transitioned out of the silos and into the mainstream. Creating shared value for all levels of stakeholders is becoming systemic and vital for businesses in all industries and sectors. However, how do we account for such a change? As sustainability metrics become more advanced, many companies feel the increasing need to measure and communicate the impact of their CSR/sustainability programs, in the hope of better understanding how CSR efforts benefit their community and the bottom-line.
- Do you know how to evaluate your CSR/sustainability program in a scientific way?
- Do you know how to communicate the impact of your CSR/sustainability program to your boss?

If you are seeking answers to these questions, then you are welcome to the next CSR Practitioner Retreat Series at 10-12noon, May 31st at the European Chamber Beijing Office. At this meeting, we will explore the concept of SROI (Sustainable Return on Investment), a new tool to measure your sustainability programs.
