This event was co-hosted by the European Chamber Shenyang Chapter (hereinafter referred to as Shenyang Chapter), the Museum of Governor's House of Northeast China (hereinafter referred to as Governor’s House), and the China Travel Service Head Office (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CTS), bringing together new and old friends from both Chinese and international communities.

After the speeches, the guests participated in the ribbon-unveiling ceremony for the market and visited the Governor's House together. As the opening ceremony concluded, attendees wandered through the outer courtyard of the Governor's House, soaking up the unique festive atmosphere of the market. An array of cultural and creative goods, figurines, and Northeastern specialty foods immersed every participant in the deep festive spirit of the Spring Festival. Among the bustling crowd were not only local citizens but also tourists from around the world, who either stopped to watch or engaged in enthusiastic exchanges, creating a lively scene that fully demonstrated the exchange and integration of Chinese and foreign cultures.
