Job description
CUSTOMER SERVICE and NEW PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
• Coordinate between customers in Europe and the factory
• Receive Quotation Requests from the France sales office, get costing from the Engineering department, review and report to Sales
• Receive Purchase Orders and review before they are processed
• Attend Kick Off Meeting, review manufacturing processes & quality issues for every order
• Understand and accurately pass customer requirements on to the engineering department
• Manage the Chinese Project Managers and review progress daily
• Provide technical support to customer
• Provide assistance and support to Sales
• Attend Production meetings
• Coordinate with Production, Quality & Logistics departments to ensure we deliver the best service to customers
• Communicate daily with customers on a wide range of issues
• Manage customer quality issues
• Organize customer visits
Reports to:
• General Manager
• Work location: Foshan, Guangdong, China
Skills & experience
• French native speaker
• Good command of English, Chinese not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree • Must have work experience in China
• Preferably 3 years or more experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Strong in interpersonal skills and communicating
• Very organized work style
• Can read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Must be willing to work in a factory environment
• Transportation from Guangzhou downtown to factory arranged by the company
• Office hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 5 days a week. Availability outside of those hours if necessary
