To assist the General Manager with different tasks including:
•Preparation of biding documents
•Database management: project references, materials, customers, etc.
•Contract Management (preparation of English-Chinese contracts, follow up -signature, payments ...
•Translation various documents: presentation, contracts, quotations, letters ...
•Invoicing
•Relationship with the accountant, bank and administrations (tax office, CCI-Chamber of Commerce and Industry ...
•Organization of business travel when required
•Others: management office supplies, sending / receiving documents…
