The European Chamber’s Legal and Competition WG would like to invite you to the next Legal and Competition Working Group Meeting. It will be held on Friday, 28 October, 9:00 h – 11:00 h at the European Chamber Beijing office. Members in Shanghai will join this meeting via videoconference.
At this meeting, Mr. Lianfeng Qi, a PRC qualified lawyer and founder of the Beijing Ming Hang Law Firm, will give a presentation about Civil Litigation Practice in China which will be followed by a Q&A session.
Lianfeng Qi is a professional Chinese lawyer with more than ten years’ legal working experience. He previously worked at Yingke Law Firm and his experience focuses on areas involving domestic and international marriage and family issues, domestic and international business litigation and arbitration, intellectual property, legal and government public relations.
During the second part of the meeting, members will have the opportunity to discuss about the recently launched position paper and receive updates about the relevant working and high-levelled meetings scheduled to promote the position paper.

9:30 – 10:00: Q&A session.
10:00 – 11:00: Discussion about the latest relevant legislative developments and lobby strategy actions.
