There are many various formal or informal teams for projects or functions in the organization. It is no doubt that team leaders are most concerned about how to quickly build morale and capability of team in the early stage and remain them in the team. Meanwhile, team leaders feel headache because they need much more time to handle the issues about inner conflicts and frictions due to different personality, style and responsibility allocation. So how will leaders build connections and co-create in the team, then develop team to be a high-performing team?
在组织里,会有各种各样团队(正式的、非正式的)因为项目或职能而存在,这些团队在组建初期如何迅速获得战斗力,以及存在了很长时间之后是否还能保持强大的战斗力,无疑是团队领导最为关心的话题。同时,在团队内部,由于成员的不同个性、风格以及职责分工,也会时有冲突和内耗发生,让团队领导者伤透脑筋。那么,领导者如何在团队中建立联结并共创,最终将团队发展成为一支高绩效的团队呢?
Leading Team - Dynamics Leadership is representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting. It aims at helping people lead self through self-knowing, self-realization and self-transcendence, achieve inside and outside alignment and become an authentic leader. AKA Leadership ® is a leadership brand founded and developed by Raymond at 2017 for improving leadership skills of leaders from three aspects- “Aware, Know and Act”. Leading Team - Dynamics Leadership is the Part III of AKA Leadership ® Series.
领导团队-动态领导力课程由欧盟商会南京分会和雷蒙咨询共同打造,旨在帮助领导者认识自我、实现和超越自我,支持领导者内外一致,成为真诚的领导者。AKA Leadership ® 由雷蒙老师于2017年开发和创立的领导力品牌,希望支持领导者在觉(Aware),知(Know)和行(Act)方面获得领导力的提升。《领导自我-真诚领导力》是系列课程的第三部分。

Program Benefits课程收益
- Aware: Through brainstorming, case study and situation simulation, participants may be aware of the importance of three dimensions of relationship, task and team as a whole in leading team. Meantime, they can reflect on the performance of self in team interaction and the value to the team, so as to further improve personal leadership.
- Know: Through the introduction of team connecting, co-creating and developing, combined with many discussions, activities and exercises in the training, they can have a deeper understanding of how to lead team and lay a foundation for further action.
- Act: Through the inspiring training process with a large number of practices and exercises, the participants can combine the awareness and knowledge to on the spot make improvement plan for team leadership, and bring it back to work with iterative approach.
