Most people thought that leading in organization is only leading business and the leadership might be well recognized if business goes well. However, the business becomes harder and harder to adapt to the change under current VUCA environment. Moreover, the impact from people, culture and change become more and more prominent. These internal and external situations put leaders into trouble and stress. It seems that the business as the hard side and people, culture and change as the soft side can not be handled separately. With the interaction between them, how will leaders step out of the difficulty and lead the organization to the success?
在过去,大多数组织中的领导更多地认为只要把业务做好就可以了。然而,在当前VUCA的环境下,不仅人们看重的业务越来越难以适应环境的变化,而且组织中人、文化和变革带来的影响日益凸显,使得组织中的领导们内外交困、压力重重。但是,好像业务作为硬的一面,人、文化和变革作为软的一面,又很难分而治之,在它们的互相影响下,领导者又该如何走出困局,带领组织走向成功呢?
Leading Organization - System Leadership is representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting. It aims at helping people lead self through self-knowing, self-realization and self-transcendence, achieve inside and outside alignment and become an authentic leader. AKA Leadership ® is a leadership brand founded and developed by Raymond at 2017 for improving leadership skills of leaders from three aspects- “Aware, Know and Act”. Leading Organization - System Leadership is the Part IV of AKA Leadership ® Series.
领导组织-系统领导力课程由欧盟商会南京分会和雷蒙咨询共同打造,旨在帮助领导者认识自我、实现和超越自我,支持领导者内外一致,成为真诚的领导者。AKA Leadership ® 由雷蒙老师于2017年开发和创立的领导力品牌,希望支持领导者在觉(Aware),知(Know)和行(Act)方面获得领导力的提升。《领导自我-真诚领导力》是系列课程的第四部分。

- Aware: Deeply step into the meaning and motivation of organization, understand the strategy, culture, change and performance and get awareness through the case study, brainstorming, situational simulation and learning in class.
- Know: Understand the characteristics and meaning of organization, know the design and implementation of strategy, learn how to assess and build a culture, understand the system and implementation of change and know organization and leader consciousness evolution.
