The ability to lead change successfully is one of the key competencies today’s leaders have to develop and possess. For this leaders need to equip themselves with skills, tools and techniques helping them to orchestrate complex processes while creating the basis for a commonly shared vision, buy-in and true commitment.

Despite all the research done on change and transformations in recent decades, a large proportion of change initiatives still fail to deliver. In this 1-day workshop we focus on the key factors that often make change initiatives more challenging than expected: culture, leadership and the need for behavioral change.

This workshop is led by a course faculty with long-standing China experience helping foreign-invested companies master turnaround situations by increasing an organization’s change readiness.
