In June 2015, Guangdong Laser Industry Association (GDLIA) and LMN organized members to visit some key laser companies in Germany, and participated in a members’ exchange activity with EPIC. Both agree to jointly hold Eu-Asia Laser Industry Summit. In May 2016, nine EPIC members attended the summit in Shenzhen and made presentations. In September, GDLIA member team attended EPIC laser materials processing conference in Lithuania, and both built solid exchange and cooperation base. The second edition of EU-Asia Laser Industry Summit 2017 will continue to bring more opportunities for these two areas’ laser industry.
