HR WG participated in ‘Access to Shanghai’ policy interpretation session organized by the SCOFCOM

On 13th March, European Chamber HR WG representative attended the “Access to Shanghai” policy interpretation session held by the SCOFCOM foreign investment department in Shanghai Market Regulation Administration office.

During the meeting, HR WG representative raised a question regarding “Three Unifications” (三统一) policies. Additionally, representative from European Chamber delivered their concerns on foreign legal representatives' data management.

Relevant departments from social insurances, taxation, and market regulation responded to these concerns.
