Mr. Carlo D'Andrea, Chairman of the European Chamber Shanghai Chapter, had the pleasure to welcome Mr. Alberto Carnero, Ambassador of Spain to China, Mr. Rodrigo Aguirre de Cárcer y García del Arenal, Consul General of Spain in Shanghai, and Mr. Alfonso Noriega, Economic and Trade Counselor of Spain in Shanghai, to our office. They had an interesting discussion on the business environment in China and the main projects that the European Chamber is currently developing.
