Meeting with Nanjing Environmental Protection Bureau

Mr. Bernhard Weber, Chair of European Chamber Nanjing Board and Dr. Markus Hermann met with Ms. Zhang Danning, Deputy Director from  Nanjing Environmental Protection Bureau on 8 September 2017. 

During the meeting, Mr.Weber, Dr.Hermann and Ms. Zhang shared the understandings of the ten-measure action plan to tackle water pollution. Ms.Zhang introduced the influence from solid and gas emissions and shared the latest policy to Mr.Weber and Dr.Hermann. They reach a consensus on cooperate together to seek the balance between environmental protection and economic development.

Mr.Weber also presents the Position Paper to Ms.Zhang. Official from Nanjing Foreign Affairs office attends the meeting as well.
