今年1月1日起，“史上最严”的新环保法实施，该法赋予环保部门“按日计罚”“查封扣押”等一系列新手段。这些“狼牙棒”在现实中到底有没有产生效果？4月10日环保部通报称，新环保法实施后的一二月份，江苏查封、扣押案件5起，限产停产5起，移送拘留3起。
从江苏各地环保局了解到，新环保法实施3个多月来，多地出现使用这些新手段的“第一案”。不过，面对当下严峻的环境形势与公众强烈的环保诉求，人们希望新环保法的“狼牙棒”能够挥得更猛烈一些！
