What are the key changes in these areas? How to set up the corporate organs? How to elect employee representative(s)? What do companies need to pay attention to?

Change can be the foundation of competitive advantage but, to be effective, change management must identify areas of potential conflict, address the needs of everyone in the organisation and, crucially, bridge the gap between the aspirations of executives, technical project teams and the people affected by the change. Our HR Forum workshop “Leadership during hanging times ,” has the objective of providing leaders with additional tools and techniques to manage change effectively, foster adaptability, and inspire confidence within their teams during times of transformation.
