On 23rd February, the European Commission published a proposal for a Directive on Sustainable Corporate Governance. The European Chamber has invited Ms Orsolya Csorba, Counsellor for Competition, Justice and Consumer Policy at the Delegation of the European Union to China to provide a debriefing on the Commission’s proposal.
