HR Forum is pleased to invite you to attend the event on “How To Build An Agile and Lean Organisation”, which will take place on 11th January 2023, 15:00-16:30 (Beijing Time) online via Zoom and offline in the European Chamber Beijing Office.
Considering the rapidly changing business environment companies have been dealing with recently, and to better take into account the characteristics of individual industries, companies’ various phases of development and different business strategies, many successful organisational models have diversified to remain relevant. Traditional enterprises are facing transformation and upgrades; and emerging enterprises seek business breakthroughs and improvements to organisational capabilities.
Enterprises also have differing organisational capabilities requirements, which makes it vital that the organisational model and structure can be tailored to the situation. Problems business managers frequently encounter include: how to build an organisational model that can stimulate business initiative and help achieve strategic goals; how to realise innovative leadership in an agile and lightweight organisation; as well as the flat operational model; efficient collaboration; and ultimately enabling enterprises to succeed in a fiercely competitive environment.

Mr. Miguel Montoya
Mr. Montoya has been working with KPMG since 2000, when he joined from another first tier consulting firm. Before coming to China in 2005, he developed an specialization supporting cross-border M&A transactions between Europe, US and LatAm.
In 2005 Mr. Montoya joined KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice in China, and has since provided advisory services to a range of western multi-national firms investing in China and Hong Kong.
Mr. Montoya has been involved in some notorious transactions by Chinese multinationals, such as the acquisitions of Pirelli and Kraus Maffei by ChemChina, the acquisition of a 50% interest in Argentina’s largest gold mine by Shandong Gold, Spanish global leader in sport rights management and broadcasting, Imagina or recent acquisitions by Chinese firms of energy transmission and distribution assets in Peru and Chile, he is regarded as a reference in outbound M&A in industry in Northern China.
Mr. Montoya is the partner tasked with upholding KPMG’s support to the European and US multinational community in Northern China. In this role, he represents KPMG as a member of the Advisory Committee of the European Chamber in China.

Rebecca joined KPMG 6 years ago, Prior to joining KPMG, Rebecca was a Director in an industry leading international firm, a manager in a global leading Advisory Firm, and also worked in a State-owned energy group, a leading logistic company in Europe.

Before joining in Novo Nordisk (China) Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., she was the HR manager of Nokia China and AMECO (Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Corporation)
Shuhong holds a bachelor degree in English and a Master Degree in Psychology and Master of EMCCC from Insead. And she also enrolled specific HR programs in international business schools like Carnegie Mellon and China Europe International Business School. She is certified facilitator for MBTI, OPQ, Belbin trained facilitator, and certified coach from CTI

加入香港置地前,Cindy Song曾在多家国际酒店集团任职,包括凯宾斯基酒店、香格里拉酒店集团、戴德梁行酒店管理公司、洲际酒店及度假村(假日酒店)、万豪公司(JW万豪)以及太古酒店(负责北京瑜舍和北京东隅),期间积累了丰富的人力资源管理经验。

Ms. Sunny SUN joined Bernard Controls in 2014 in the position of HRD of Asia and then meanwhile takes the responsibility of MD of Bernard Controls China. Sunny has 20+ years working experience in high management and in the field of HR.
Bernard Controls is a multi-national company as the leader of electronic actuators world-wide. Their Chinese brand has the teams of factory, sales, R&D and operation depts which enhance Sunny the management ability in crossing fields and diverse culture. Before Joined BCC, Sunny worked in Funcom China as GM and she also served for Kingsoft and Datang Telecom as overseas BD manager.
Sunny received her EMBA in Robert School of Maryland University and she also takes the economics master degree of Renmin University. As a professional HR expertise, Sunny has strong knowledge in leadership development, cross-culture cooperation and implementation of HR& business.

Grace has 30 years working experience in enterprise management and human resources management. She worked for Fortune 500 company, top 500 enterprises of China and state-owned company in IT, pharmaceutical, energy and engineering industries.
Grace has bunch of experience in international group management, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise management system construction, organizational development and reform, strategic HR system establishment and full function HR operation management.
Grace is also keen on social activities. She is the executive member of Human Resources Association (HRA) and the member of CHO100 in China. She is also the career development coach nominated by Peking University-National School of University (BiMBA) and Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business(CKGSB).
Grace holds a bachelor degree in computer application and master degrees in human resources management and accounting.
