On 1 January 2018, the amendment to the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China (“Anti-Unfair Competition Law”) became effective. This is the first major amendment to the Anti-Unfair Competition Law since its implementation in 1993, and it will have a significant impact on business in China. It becomes crucial to understand how the amended anti-unfair competition law will change the landscape of intellectual property protection in China and how the enterprises can benefit from the amended law in practice. Don't miss this exciting comprehensive IP enforcement and practice program featuring leading toymaker, various industry players, IPR experts, enforcement officials and other key experts.
