Haibin Zhou,Founder of Easy Inclusion Consulting, Consultant of International Labour Organization Global Business and Disability Network.
He used to work in International Labor Office in China and Mongolia as National Project Officer for equal employment of persons with disabilities and coordinated UN Partership on Rights for Persons with Disabilities in China since 2012 till 2016. He pioneered the introduction of Supported Employment into China, which was finally adopted as national policy in 2017.
He is a Human rights-based disability, and equality professional, with extensive experiences of working in China. Skilled at legal and policy advocacy and development, especially strong in disability issues. Extensive experience of devising and delivering disability equality training (DET), and supporting other DET facilitators.
He worked in Wu Han Evening News as a reporter in 2008 to 2011, and reported on news of Hubei Province and Wuhan City governments and CPC Committee and National People’s Congress. Mr. Zhou gets a Master degree in Human Rights and Democratization in University of Sydney, Australia and a master degree in International Law in Institute of International Law in Wuhan University, China. He also gets a Graduate Certification on International Relations in Johns Hopkins University–Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies.

Dr. June L.. Chen is an associate professor and the deputy director of the Department of Special Education at East China Normal University (ECNU). Dr. Chen is a member of the American Psychological Association and National Council on Rehabilitation Education (the U.S.). She holds a certificate of National Psychological Counselor (Senior level, China) and a certificate for the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND, the U.S.). Her research focuses on career education, transition and employment related social inclusion for individuals with neurodevelopment disabilities. Her second line of research focuses on public attitude towards community based social inclusion for people with disabilities. She has been working closely with the Shanghai Disabled Person's Federation for improving employment for local college students with disabilities as well as individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Before joining ECNU, she served as a research associate at Michigan State University in the area of rehabilitation counseling for individuals with autism and/or intellectual disability. Dr. Chen also worked as a post-doc researcher in the Irish Centre for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Research and National University of Ireland Galway. Dr. Chen joined the Child and Human Development Center in Georgetown University as a visiting scholar.

Jeanette Yu is Partner and head of Employment & Pensions Practice Area Group of CMS, China. She has more than 20 years’ experience in providing advice for international companies on labour law issues and compliance management. Her extensive track record comprises recruitment and dismissal of employees, formulating employee handbooks and implementing its policies, work permits and visa issues of expatriates, international secondment, data privacy, non-competition, social security, trade union and labour disputes. She has also been involved in significant projects of business transactions and restructuring, advising clients on employee transfer, relocation and lay-off of employees as well as negotiation of employment contracts and separation agreements.
Since 2017, Jeanette has been acting as the National Chair/Vice Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China. This year Jeanette was elected as the National Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China.
Starting from 2017, Jeanette acted as the Vice Chair of HR Working Group of European Chamber of Commerce in China, and the Chair in 2019. Jeanette is also a member of Shanghai Law Society Labour and Social Security Law Research Branch.

Since August in 2006, Cindy Zhang has been responsible for communications strategy and plans, including sustainability communications for Stora Enso in China. In addition, she also focuses on developing and maintaining partnership with target associations, chambers and NGOs from global to domestic in order to support branding in sustainability and bring benefits to target audience. Before that, Cindy takes different roles which ranges from sales to marketing from 1998 to 2006.
