There are many various formal or informal teams for projects or functions in the organization. It is no doubt that team leaders are most concerned about how to quickly build morale and capability of team in the early stage and remain them in the team. Meanwhile, team leaders feel headache because they need much more time to handle the issues about inner conflicts and frictions due to different personality, style and responsibility allocation.
So how will team leaders overcome the dysfunctions of team collaboration and build up the mechanism and culture to achieve the goals of team?

Leading Team is representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting, and aims at helping leaders understand the different development stages of team, apply suitable leadership style into situation, build up the mechanism and culture of team and lead team to achieve the results and evolution. Leading Team is the Part III of Leadership Series. The whole Leadership Series include:

领导团队课程即是在此背景下由欧盟商会南京分会和雷蒙咨询共同打造的,旨在帮助团队领导者通过了解团队发展的不同阶段,运用相应的团队领导方式,建立团队的机制和文化,带领团队获得成果和进化。领导团队属于领导力课程系列的第III部分。完整的领导力课程系列包括:
