Dr. Guo Peiyuan
Dr. Guo Peiyuan co-founded SynTao in 2005 and has served as the General Manager since then. After development of over a decade, SynTao has become a leading sustainability consulting firm in China with clients covering multinational companies and Chinese local companies.
Dr.GUO holds a Ph.D. in Management and a Bachelor Degree of Environmental Engineering from Tsinghua University. He is an expert on corporate environment management, responsible investment and green economy. He is a committee member for Energy Efficiency and Emission Control Verification Committee of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, and a founding member for Green Finance Committee of China Society for Finance and Banking. Dr.GUO is also knowledgeable about UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and has been invited by UNDP China as a lecturer for UNDP SDGs Online Course.
Dr. Guo teaches an MBA course Business Performance and Sustainability in School of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, and international student course Social Innovation and CSR in School of Social Development and Public Policy, Beijing Normal University.

Julia A. Simon is the chief legal officer and corporate secretary at Mary Kay Inc. Prior to this role, she served as vice president, deputy general counsel, assistant corporate secretary, and senior privacy officer for Mary Kay Inc. Previously, Julia was a partner at the law firm, Locke Liddell & Sapp, where she specialized in commercial litigation, labor and employment. Julia has been recognized by D CEO Magazine and the Association of Corporate Counsel as Best Deputy General Counsel in 2015 and by the Dallas Business Journal as a Minority Business Leader in 2010. She received the Texas General Counsel Forum Diversity Award in 2009. Julia has served on several community non-profit boards including Family Gateway, Dallas Zoological Society, Junior League of Dallas Community Advisory Board, and Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center. Julia is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Texas School of Law.

Prior to RGE, Acting President BHP Billiton Group (China). Former UN diplomat in charge of electronic trade efficiency program implementation in China. Dr. Lu is Deputy Director-General of China Corporate Social Responsibility Think Tank; Expert of China Federation of Industrial Economics Think Tank; Board member of Shenzhen Manufacturing Strategy Council, Co-Chair of American Chamber (Shanghai) BCSR Committee; Founder of CSR Thought Lab, Guest Professor at Nankai University, Mentor for Tong Ji University Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
Dr. Lu obtained PhD of e-Commerce at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Master of Industrial Management at Ecole Centrale de Paris, and Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at Zhejiang University.

Mr. Rubinstein is the Chairman and Founding Partner of TBLI Group Holdings B.V. with headquarters in The Netherlands. The Company was founded in 1998 with the mission of integrating ESG and TBLI into the culture and strategy of international corporate business and investment companies. Mr. Rubinstein has been instrumental in championing Sustainable and IMPACT investment dedicated to solving social issues. Prior to TBLI, Mr. Rubinstein had an extensive career in publishing. He founded the first bicycle magazine in The Netherlands, FIETS in 1981, and Source magazine in 1995, a publication focused on integrating “profits and principles” as a message to the business community. FIETS and Source were based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. FIETS was sold to VNU Magazines and it is still in circulation today. Mr. Rubinstein taught courses in Sustainable Finance at the Rotterdam School of Management from 2003–2006 and in his career has delivered many lectures at international business schools and universities. Rubinstein is a tenacious public speaker on both TBLI and ESG at global conferences and has been asked to speak at numerous engagements including the Global Reporting Initiative, the inaugural Impact Investing Israel Summit and World Pension Council in Singapore. TBLI was asked to organize a session at COP21, Paris in December 2015 and more recently, Mr. Rubinstein was invited at the request of Natural Step, a leading advisor on Sustainability for the Swedish corporate sector attended by King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden.

Jane leads the tax practice for China Retail & Consumer sector. She has 20 years of experience in providing tax, business and investment consulting services to both multinational and domestic clients. Jane has extensive experience in working with multinational clients, and the services Jane provided include operation and business model transformation, market entry services, tax function transformation, mergers and acquisitions support, tax advisory services, IPO support, group restructuring advice, treasure related planning, location study, customs and international trade advisory, tax and operational compliance review, tax audit defense, etc. Jane is quite familiar with the retail and consumers enterprises in traditional operation model of B2B/B2C sector and also have extensive experience in the booming trend of e-commerce/cross border e-commerce business. Apart from retail & consumer sector, she has participated in serving a wide range of clients in other industries, such as media and advertising, telecom, industrial products, chemical and transportation etc. Jane is often interviewed by public media to provide professional comments on the latest industry development. She is a regular speaker at various senior executive forums, industry symposia and tax seminars worldwide. Jane is Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Tax Agent (CTA).

Mr Yuan Boyong joined Bayer China in April 2010, he is now in heading up Corporate Social Responsibility and the group’s sustainable development, responsible for strategy setting and developing activities and projects around private and public sector partnership, and flagship projects.He also leads the Bayer China Volunteer Association, an employee self-organized and developed organization that currently has over 4500 volunteers, contributing over 50,000 service hours, to more than 65 NGOs across China.Mr Yuan is also being appointed as Bayer Care Foundation’s Role Model Program jury, to support Bayer employee social engagement projects on a global scale.Apart from his duties with Bayer, Mr Yuan is also very active among different CSR groups, he is elected as the Chair for EUCCC’s CSR Forum. He is also one of the founding members of ABA.Prior to his current position with Bayer, Mr Yuan was working with the World Health Organization’s Representative Office in China, in the media section, where he was managing media relations and collaborating with the Chinese health authorities on public health crisis and daily collaborations.

Ms. Zhang Jing (Coco Zhang) oversees government affairs, media relations, corporate communication, corporate social responsibility and customer services of Mary Kay China. As one of the leadership members of Mary Kay China, she is fully engaged in decision-making and drafting strategic policies for the China region.
Ms. Zhang contributes to creating a solid business environment for Mary Kay China. Under her leadership, Mary Kay China establishes the strategy and framework of sustainable development and builds strong relations with the government and media. To create sustainable value for the society, Ms. Zhang set up the corporate social responsibility system of Mary Kay China. Up to now, Mary Kay China has spent more than 180 million RMB supporting social welfare and provided nearly 400,000 hours of volunteer services, all the while creating values of women's rights development and environmental protection. The company won the China Charity Award in 2013.

Before that, Cindy takes different roles which ranges from sales to marketing from 1998 to 2006.

Doctor of Management, Second Grade Professor, Specially-Appointed Professor and PhD Supervisor with Tongji University. Liability Professor of IESD, UNEP. Director of Sustainable Development and New Urbanization Think Tank and Deputy Director of Academic Board, Tongji University. Dr. Zhu is also the Director of Ecology and Sustainable Development Institute, Shanghai Academy of Social Science and he grants national allowance by the State Council. Dr. Zhu has been working as a senior visiting scholar at Harvard, University of Chicago in 2005 and at University of Melbourne from 1994 to 1995. He primarily studies sustainable development and green economy, urban and regional development, public service and partnership between the government and business as well as CSR etc. Dr. Zhu also works as a member of the Governing Council of Global Agenda, Davos World Economic Forum. He serves as an expert in the management sector, National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science, a committee member of Committee of Social Science, Ministry of Education and a specially-appointed expert and policy-making advisor, Shanghai Municipal Government. Dr. Zhu has instructed the Central Poliburo members of Viewing New Ideas and Trends from the Shanghai Expo on December 3rd, 2010. He won the People's Choice Award of Davos in January 2016.
