When we mention leadership in organization, we would like to see that people follow the leaders and the goals are achieved. However, leaders often feel frustrated in leading people even they are at very high positions. It seems that they cannot enable others to act without rewarding, punishment and orders. Furthermore, leaders themselves become targets of other people's criticism.
So how can leaders:
Be the change what you want the world to be;
Connect others, lead others to achieve the goals?
在组织里谈到领导力，人们更多地是希望其他人能够追随领导者达成目标，然而结果看到的却是即便领导者位高权重，但在领导他人时常常力不从心，好像如果没有奖惩措施、没有行政命令就无法使众人行。更有甚者，领导者自身还成为他人诟病的对象。
那么领导者如何才能做到：
先变其身，再变世界；
连接他人，领导他人，达成目标呢？
Leading self and Leading others are representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and Raymond Consulting, and aims at helping people lead self through self-awareness, self-realization and self-transcendence, helping people lead others through knowing the essence of leadership, connecting others and serving and supporting others. Leading self and Leading others are the Part I and Part II of Leadership Series. The whole Leadership Series include:

领导自我和领导他人的课程即是在此背景下由欧盟商会南京分会和雷蒙咨询共同打造的，旨在帮助领导者认识自我、实现和超越自我，了解领导力的本质、连接他人、服务和支持他人，达到成果和进化。领导自我和领导他人属于领导力课程系列的第I、II部分。完整的领导力课程系列包括：

Participants课程对象
Middle to senior level managers or directors; High potentials who are willing to be leaders.
中高层经理或总监；希望成为领导者的高潜人才。
Program Feature课程特色
Mindset Thread: Basing on servant leadership philosophy, the program aims at building the mindset and acting of serving self and others for leaders.
理念主线：服务型领导的理念作为整个课程的基石，帮助学员树立服务自我和服务他人的理念并践行。
Thinking Thread: Integrating quantum thinking into leadership development, the program supports leaders
to understand the wholeness with systematic thinking, build the energy field with connection, organize self and co-create with others.

Results Thread：The participants will learn how to achieve result and make evolution through leading self and others in the result-oriented program and develop their leadership finally.
