About the Speaker:
Mr. Thomas Bolkart is an expert in German corporate law and international business and trade law. He completed some further mandatory legal education in Germany in order to become also a specialized attorney for labour law. From the University of Warwick (UK) Mr. Bolkart obtained his LL.M. degree in “International Economic Law” with its focus on EU/International competition law, M&A and International Business Transactions.
The International Legal Affairs Department is a newly established practice area at Winners Law Firm. The head of this department is Mr. Thomas Bolkart, who possesses already seven years of rich practical experience as attorney in a law firm in Germany. During this time Mr. Bolkart was responsible for all civil law litigations and arbitration proceedings of the firm’s clients and managed all international correspondence. Despite Mr. Bolkart working and living now in China he is still member of the German Federal Bar and is thus able to fully represent clients on demand even in German courts.
