Leading self and Leading others are representing the joint efforts of European Chamber Nanjing Chapter and
Raymond Consulting, and aims at helping people lead self through self-awareness, self-realization and self-
transcendence, helping people lead others through knowing the essence of leadership, connecting others and
serving and supporting others.
