Event Description
Clean energy and sustainable development are fast growing and innovative industries which have been identified in the 12th Five Year Plan as a priority for the sustainable growth of the Chinese economy. However, European companies operating in China often find that their hard work in research and development is a target for counterfeiters and intellectual property theft. How can innovators effectively protect their intellectual property?
This workshop will offer practical advice on how to safely develop innovative solutions and green development in China and how to manage technology transfer. The workshop will cover using patents, licensing, trademarks and copyright to protect your innovations.
This event is suitable for anyone active in the clean technology, sustainable development or innovative business industries and will address current and ongoing IP issues in China in a practical, business-focussed manner.
