Two expert speakers Dr Andreas Lauffs, Partner and Head of the China Employment Practice at Baker & McKenzie (please click here to view Andreas' CV) and Jeffrey Wilson Associate at Baker McKenzie (please click here to view Jeffrey's CV), will present the status of deliberations on this draft law and an overview of possible changes.
