Every May since 2005, European Chamber Southwest Chapter invites local European and international business community to get together at our annual Europe Day Party. Robert Schuman presented his proposal on the creation of an organized Europe in May 1950, indispensable to the maintenance of peaceful relations. The proposal, known as the “Schuman Declaration” is considered to be the beginning of the creation of what is now the European Union. The 9th of May has become a European symbol which is now well know as the Europe Day. It is now the occasion for activities and festivities that bring Europe closer to its citizens and people.
This year, please join our Europe Day Celebration Cocktail on the 28th May (Wednesday) at Kempinski Hotel Chengdu. It is the time for reunion and celebration, a great opportunity and platform for established EU companies and newcomers, both Global 500 Fortunes and SMEs, to meet and greet and share experiences in Chengdu.
After 2.5 years' service in the Chamber, Ms. Min L. Colinot, General Manger of the Southwest Chapter, will bid you farewell at the party. She would like to take this opportunity to thank you in person for your continued support to the Chamber.
