Dear Working Group Members,
Please note that the above Working Group Meeting has now been re-scheduled to 14:00 – 16:00pm, Friday 16th May. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
At this meeting, Mr. Jean-Jacques Soulacroup, Resident Representative and Head of China at the European Investment Bank, will present on private sector project financing with a focus on urbanisation. Please note, after the presentation and Q&A session, the Smart Grid, and Water Working Groups, will be allocated separate meetings rooms in order to hold internal discussions on their respective Position Paper developments.
Prior to working at the European Investment Bank, Mr. Jean-Jacques Soulacroup was Trade Attaché at the French Embassy and Urban Management Specialist at the World Bank, both in Washington D.C. He joined the Bank in 2003 as Senior Banker for Morocco before becoming Country Manager for China based in Luxemburg. He relocated to Beijing in 2012 to head the Bank’s activities in China.
