Event Description:
Lip service is often paid to the notion that cultural differences can make international business more challenging. Less frequently addressed are the concrete skills needed to increase intercultural competence, and to foster the development of intercultural leaders inside of international organizations. In this presentation Dr. Patent will offer suggestions on how to improve intercultural leadership in your organization.
Dr. Patent will draw from the depths of his research and experience to lead a highly interactive session. Those attending will gain understanding and practical skills to immediately begin using in their day to day routine.
To register for the event, please contact Richard Fong at Nanjing@europeanchamber.com.cn or at 83627330.
