The European Chamber is delighted to invite you to join the City Infrastructure Forum on the 9th and 10th September 2013 in Chongqing, China. This forum is organised by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), Chongqing Municipality Government and United Cities and Local Governments Asia Pacific (UCLG ASPAC), and will enable businesses to network with cities from across China. The Mayor of Chongqing, Mr. Huang Qifan, and President of CPAFFC, Ms. Li Xiaolin, will make keynote speeches at the opening ceremony.
