Leadership Skills Building for Middle Management
Sequel to the special workshop with MBAs from Nanjing University, we are pleased to invite you to attend our HR WG #19 with the topic of "leadership skills building for middle management".
Middle management is exposed to many changes, including personnel changes, working environment changes, policy changes, etc. How to build effective leadership skills to cope with the incessant changes is very important both to middle managers themselves and to the development of the company itself. We are inviting you to join our discussion of this topic. The discussion will begin with a presentation by Mr. Marxen, HR manager of BASF and Chairman of our WG, who will present the way of BASF on this aspect. Please be kindly reminded that the WG is a platform open to all voices, and every participant is expected to present his/her ideas at the meeting.
