Dear CSR Forum Member,
The European Chamber is pleased to invite you to the next CSR Forum meeting which will be held on Wednesday 15 May 2013, starting at 8.30am at the European Chamber Beijing office.
At this meeting we will have the great pleasure of welcoming Mr. Rolf Dietmar, Project Director, Sino-German Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project at GIZ, who will present the findings on training needs of Chinese companies investing abroad.
Outline of presentation:
- Results and conclusions from a study on training needs of Chinese companies investing abroad
- Introduction to strategies of promoting CSR in China
- Brief introduction to the Sino-German CSR Project

We would also like to take this opportunity to ask for input from the CSR Forum members on activities for the coming year. We would appreciate if you could take a few minutes and answer the short questions below:
1) Which CSR topics shall be addressed by the CSR Forum in the upcoming year (Environmental Regulations and Policies, Labor Issues, Consumer's Rights and Consumption Patterns, Community out-reach Programs, Products quality-regulations and certifications - focus on a specific sectors etc ..)? Please indicate top three topics in order of importance.
2) What type of speakers would you like to see at the CSR Forum meetings (Consultants, NGOs, Researcher, CSR Manager etc)?
3) Would you be interested in more interactions with Chinese and European governments, and if so with what authorities and on what issues?
4) Do you have any other suggestions on how the CSR Forum can improve its member service?
All data will be aggregated and presented at the meeting on 15 May 2013. No individual company information will be revealed.
