Dear Human Resources Forum member,
We are excited to announce the second session of the new series of HR Forum workshops, aimed at providing you with interactive and dynamic learning opportunities in a number of human capital related areas. The second HR Forum Workshop this year will take place on Wednesday September 26, 2012 starting at 4pm at the European Chamber Beijing Office. At this meeting we will have the great pleasure to welcome Ms. Maria Agertoft, International Consultant and Executive Coach for MTI Management Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd., who will give a training entitled “Strategy and the Learning Organization - Implementing Sustainable Organizational Development”.
Workshop introduction:
To bring strategies to life requires the involvement and alignment of the whole organization. In a combination of case studies, discussion and interactive group work the workshop is going to focus topics like:
- What are the main elements needed in your company to implement strategy?
- Which parts are already in place of a learning organization?
- What are the missing links?
Trainer introduction:
Maria Agertoft, International Consultant and Executive Coach for MTI MANAGEMENT CONSULTING (BEIJING) CO., LTD., Beijing
She is dedicated to strategic work including organizational transformation, talent management, communication and change management. As a Management Consultant she has a profound knowledge of how to engage stakeholders and to successfully reach goal in change projects. Maria has worked as a project manager within the IT and shipping industry.
