We are delighted to invite you to our next workshop, which will be held on Thursday, 26^th July 2012 from 16:00 – 18:00 at European Chamber Shanghai office. 

 

At the meeting, Professor Rosa Chun from IMD will give a presentation about reputation risk and marketing, and provide details on how to identify and manage reputation risks.

 

Professor Chun’s research works have focused on developing corporate reputation as a strategic framework for senior management. Her work demonstrates how firms’ performances are linked to their superior internal reputation, ethical leadership and media comments during a crisis. Her works have been published with the Strategic Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, Journal of Academy of Marketing Science and Industrial Marketing Management among others, and featured in the Financial Times and Marketing Week.
