The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants are delighted to invite you to the launch of the European Business in China Confidence Survey 2012 on Tuesday 29th May at the Sofitel Hyland Hotel.
The European Business in China Confidence Survey 2012 brings together the input of over 550 senior representatives of the European Chamber’s member companies to provide an annual overview of their performance and outlook from within the Chinese market. How are European companies performing, what are their plans and what are the real challenges?
Insights include:
· The changing strategic importance of China
· Financial performance, outlook for future growth, profitability and investment
· The significance and impact of rising labour costs
· Competition from private Chinese companies and state-owned Chinese companies
· The impact of market access and regulatory barriers
· Trends according to geographic location and sector
The survey was conducted in February 2012 and has taken place annually since 2004, allowing it to highlight patterns and examine the impact of the Chinese government policy and global economic trends.
