Following last year’s success we are very happy to continue our “Management Skills Programme” with new topics.
Working in an increasingly demanding and competitive business environment requires an empowered work force. The purpose of this programme is to help team leaders increase their impact in interpersonal interactions by enhancing their awareness of underlying mechanisms. The participants will have a lot of opportunity to apply the introduced models during the numerous activities throughout the sessions.
Time
The sessions are from 2pm - 5.30pm. Registration starts at 1.30pm.
